    1. On models for China, the G-BOOK system is used.

    2. G-BOOK is a telematics service that links the vehicle and G-BOOK network (provides information from the G-BOOK center or content providers).

    3. When using the telematics system, the multi-media module receiver assembly is connected via a communication device as indicated below:

    6. The main features of the G-BOOK are as follows:

      Remote Check Using a cellular phone, the user can check the condition of the vehicle, such as the ODO, remaining amount of fuel, whether the doors are locked or unlocked, the flashing condition of the hazard warning lights, etc., even when away from the vehicle. - ○
      Operation Reminder Notification Notifies the user via Short Message Service (SMS) when the system detects that the doors have been left unlocked, the power windows have been left open, the hazard warning lights have been left on, etc. - ○
      Remote Maintenance Service Inspection Notification Sends an e-mail message to the vehicle to notify the user of necessary inspections based on vehicle use conditions. - ○
      Inspection and Maintenance Reservation Offers quick access for the user to easily make a reservation for periodic maintenance or service using the navigation system. - ○
      Warning Notification When a system malfunction causes a warning light to illuminate or warning to be displayed on the combination meter assembly, the warning notification function transmits information about the warning to the G-BOOK center.
