  1. FUNCTION OF MAIN COMPONENTS

    Component Function
    Multi-media Module Receiver Assembly Receives each type of signal and outputs the signals to each component.
    Multi-display Assembly Displays signals from the multi-media module receiver assembly on the screen.
    Amplifier Microphone Assembly Transmits the voice input signal to the multi-media module receiver assembly.
    Steering Pad Switch Assembly Transmits the operation signals from the switches to the multi-media module receiver assembly.
    Television Display Assembly*

    • Shows images on the display in accordance with signals from the multi-display controller sub-assembly.

    • Receives signals from the remote controller.
    Multi-display Controller Sub-assembly* Transmits the display signals of HDMI output images, DVD output images, video CD output images, navigation screen, video output images and the radio (AM/FM) operation screen to television display assemblies.
    Remote Controller* Outputs various control signals for the rear seat entertainment system to the television display assembly in the form of infrared signals.
    No. 1 Stereo Jack Adapter Assembly Transmits information about the portable audio player (USB type) connected to the USB port to the multi-media module receiver assembly.
    Headphone Jack Assembly* Transmits information about the audio or video player (HDMI type or PIN plug type) connected to the HDMI port or A/V input port to the multi-display controller sub-assembly.

    1. Rear Seat Entertainment System (RSE)


      1. Independent Rear Seat Feature


        • By switching modes, the front and rear seat passengers can enjoy listening to different audio.

      2. Independent Left/Right Feature


        • By switching modes, the left and right side rear seat passengers can enjoy listening to different audio.

      3. Audio Output Feature


        • The audio output can be switched from headphones to the vehicle speakers from the rear seats.
