  1. OUTLINE


    1. The 1NR-FE engine is a 1.3-liter, 16-valve DOHC, in-line 4-cylinder gasoline engine.

    2. This engine uses the Dual VVT-i (Variable Valve Timing-intelligent) system, DIS (Direct Ignition System) and ETCS-i (Electronic Throttle Control System-intelligent). These systems achieve improved engine performance, fuel economy and clean emission.
