FUNCTION
The power door lock control system has the following functions:

| Manual Lock and Unlock | This function can lock or unlock all doors by the door lock control switch operation. |
| Key-linked Lock and Unlock*2 | This function which is linked with the key cylinder can lock or unlock all the doors when a lock or unlock operation is effected. |
| Key Confine Prevention*3 | When the key is inserted in the ignition key cylinder with the driver' door open and if you perform the door lock operation, all the doors will be unlocked. |
| Manual Unlock Prohibition | Performing the door lock operation with a transmitter or key will prohibit the unlock operation by the door lock control switch. |
| Double Locking System*1 |
Note Never activate the double locking system when there are people in the vehicle because the doors cannot be opened from the inside of the vehicle. If locking the doors by accident, press "unlock" button of the transmitter. |
| Electrical Back Door Outside Handle System | When the driver door is unlocked, the back door is closed and the vehicle speed is approximately 5 km/h (3 mph) or less, the latch on the back door can be released by operating the back door opener switch. |
*1: Models with double locking system
Tech Tips
*2: On the models with the double locking system, when the double locking system is operating, all doors can be locked through the key-linked function, but they cannot be unlocked. Only the driver's door can be unlocked by the key.
