  1. CONSTRUCTION

    1. Fuel Returnless System

      1. This system has been used to reduce evaporative emissions. As shown below, integrating the fuel filter, pressure regulator, and the fuel sender gauge with the fuel pump assembly makes it possible to discontinue the return of fuel from the engine area and prevent temperature rise inside the fuel tank.

    2. Fuel Tank Assembly

      1. An integrated fuel pump with charcoal canister is used to save space in the engine compartment and to reduce the number of component parts.

      2. To secure good NV performance, rubber bushes are used to 4 fuel tank fixing portions.

      3. As the height of floor under the rear seat has been reduced by adopting a thinner fuel tank, the luggage height and the rear seat height become the same.

    3. Fuel Filler Pipe

      1. The integrated plastic holder with air filter is used to secure space and reduce the number of component parts.

      1. A fuel cap, which reduces turning angle and torque, is used for operability improvement.

      1. For mass proposal, the materials have been changed to aluminium from aluminium plating steel.
