OUTLINE
Lightweight and Highly Rigid
The body of the new Dyna 100/150 has been made lightweight and highly rigid through the refinement of the shape and construction of each part, optimized allocation of reinforcements and members.
Rust-resistant Body
Rust-resistant performance is increased by using anti-corrosion sheet steel and anti-corrosion treatment by applying wax, sealer and under coat.
Low Vibration and Low Noise Body
An effective application of vibration damping and noise suppressant materials, and optimal body construction has contributed to reducing engine and road noise.
MAIN FEATURES
Exterior Design (Front View)
The wedge line that flows from the front to the sides and a shape that features a flat surface create an innovative form that is both functional and pleasant.
Arranged with the body color to give the front design its natural look. (Only for Europe models)
The strong and simple design of the front bumper conveys the truck's powerful image.
Creates a front design that contributes to stability of the vehicle. The opening has been enlarged for improved cooling performance.
Large headlights that provide excellent visibility have been used. The clearance light and turn signal light have been integrated with the headlight to achieve a futuristic front design.
The large mirrors that ensure the driver's rearward visibility are standard equipment on the Dyna 150 except for Europe.

Stamped doors have been used to achieve an enhanced appearance and improved rigidity.
The half-case type outside door handle of the previous model has been changed to a full case type in which the outside door handle and the key cylinder are integrated into one casing, resulting in improved quality.

Exterior Design (Rear View)
A flat, steel bed that offers greater ease of use by opening on three sides, has been used on the Complete Model.
The frame and the combination lights have been designed to allow the general-purpose bed of the Cab-and-Chassis model to be mounted.

Frame
The frame is basically the same ladder type used in the previous model. The shape of the various areas of the frame has been changed and riding comfort is improved.
Two types of frames have been designed exclusively: one that supports the independent type front suspension, and the other that supports the rigid type front suspension. The frame consists of a three-piece construction for the independent type front suspension model and a two-piece construction for the rigid type front suspension model.
The new Dyna 100/150 comes with wheelbases in four lengths: short, long, extra long and super long. The shape of the side rails have been optimized for the respective wheelbases and their cross members have been optimally allocated.
