LIN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM GENERAL


  1. OUTLINE


    1. The Local Interconnect Network (LIN) consists of a bus for each related body electrical system, and is used for communication between ECUs or switches.

    2. Signals transmitted via LIN can be sent to the CAN through the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) with a gateway function that is also connected to the CAN.

    3. The LIN is used for the smart access system with push-button start, sliding roof system, air conditioning system, lighting system and wiper and washer system.
