BODY PANEL ANTI-RUST AGENT MATERIAL APPLICATION AREAS


  1. Apply anti-rust agent (wax) to the interior of the door and hood edges (tips of outer panel folded parts) and around the hinges to prevent rust. Coat the interior of the rocker panels and the interior of the edges using a nozzle and air gun, and coat the areas around the hinges using a brush.

    Tech Tips

    If anti-rust agent (wax) is unnecessarily applied to an area, apply degreasing agent to a clean cloth and clean off the anti-rust agent (wax) immediately.

    CAUTION:

    Do not apply anti-rust agent (wax) to the thread part of the weld nut of the undersurface and the side of a rocker panel.
