PROCEDURES NECESSARY WHEN CABLE IS DISCONNECTED/RECONNECTED TO BATTERY TERMINAL

Note
After the battery is reconnected, be sure to wait 10 seconds or more before attempting to start the engine. The engine may not start immediately after the battery is reconnected.
w/ Radio and Display Receiver Assembly:
After the ignition switch is turned off, the radio and display receiver assembly records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the ignition switch off, make sure to wait at least 60 seconds before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
