PTC HEATER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT


    1. Remove the air conditioning unit Click here.

  2. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY

    1. w/ PTC Heater:

      Remove the screw.

    2. A01IT3H

      w/ PTC Heater:

      Detach the 3 clamps.

    3. A01IPHJ

      Disconnect the connector.

    4. Remove the 3 screws and blower assembly.

  3. REMOVE QUICK HEATER ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the clamp.

    2. Remove the 2 screws.

    3. A01IMXW

      Remove the quick heater assembly as shown in the illustration.
