REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the rear No. 2 seat assembly Click here.

  2. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01ITOR

      Remove the E-ring.

    2. Remove the bolt and spacer.

    3. A01ITY1

      Remove the spacer and No. 2 seat No. 1 suspension link.

      Remove the E-ring.

    5. Remove the bolt and spacer.

    6. A01IN2C

      Remove the spacer and No. 2 seat No. 2 suspension link.

    7. A01IQVL

      Remove the nut and 2 bolts, and then remove the No. 2 seat cushion assembly LH together with the No. 2 seatback frame assembly LH.

    8. A01IN2W

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts together with the 2 spacers.

    9. Remove the rear No. 2 seat cushion assembly LH from the No. 2 seatback frame assembly LH.

  3. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

    *1 Cable Tie

    1. Cut off the cable tie.

    2. Detach the 3 clamps.

    3. Remove the 2 bolts and inner belt sub-assembly.
