REAR CENTER SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Rear No. 1 Seat) DISASSEMBLY

CAUTION:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.


  1. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the rear center seat headrest assembly.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK COVER LH

      Detach the 2 claws and clip, and then remove the rear seat track cover LH.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)

    1. Detach the clamps, and remove the nut and inner belt.

    2. Attach the rubber band.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 2 LEG SIDE COVER

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Pull the cover to detach the 2 hooks labeled A.

    3. Slide the cover to detach the hook labeled B and remove the rear seat No. 2 leg side cover.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

    1. Remove the nut and inner belt.

    2. Attach the rubber band.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Pull the cover to detach the 2 hooks labeled A.

    3. Slide the cover to detach the hook labeled B and remove the rear seat leg side cover.

  7. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD


    1. Detach the 4 hooks and open the cover.

    2. Detach the 2 seatback cover rubber bands.

    3. Pull the 2 seatback cover rubber bands through the 2 seat cushion cover rubber bands.

      Detach the rubber band.

      Remove the hog rings and roll up the center seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

      Detach the 5 hooks and remove the rear center seat cushion cover with pad.

  8. REMOVE CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01IPVS

      Remove the hog rings.

    2. A01ISW5

      Remove the hog rings and center seat cushion cover sub-assembly from the rear center seat cushion pad.

  9. REMOVE REAR CENTER BACK LOCK CONTROL LEVER


    1. A01IRQH

      Remove the screw and detach the 2 claws.

    2. A01IT6SE01

      Detach the 2 clamps of the cable ends.

    3. Disconnect the 2 cables in the order shown in the illustration and remove the rear center back lock control lever.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Detach the 4 hooks.

    2. A01IR8N

      Detach the 4 claws.

    3. Detach the 2 hooks and remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 nuts and rear center seat armrest assembly.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HINGE COVER


    1. A01IT8C

      Remove the 2 bolts together with the 2 bushes.

    2. Remove the rear seatback hinge cover with rear center No. 1 armrest bracket.

    3. A01IOE1

      Detach the 3 claws and remove the rear seatback hinge cover from the rear center No. 1 seat armrest bracket.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

      Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK WITH COVER PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Detach the 2 hooks.

    2. A01IQK3

      Remove the rear seatback with cover pad sub-assembly.

  15. REMOVE CENTER SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01IR23

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts together with the 2 spacers.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and center seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

  16. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL CABLE

    1. Cut off the cable tie.

    2. Detach the clamp of the cable end.

    3. Remove the No. 1 rear seat lock control cable in the order shown in the illustration.

  17. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL CABLE

    1. Detach the clamp of the cable end.

    2. Remove the No. 2 rear seat lock control cable in the order shown in the illustration.

  18. REMOVE REAR CENTER NO. 1 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 bolts and rear center No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly.
