LIGHT CONTROL RHEOSTAT REMOVAL

  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


  1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

    1. Detach the 8 claws and 2 clips, and remove the front door scuff plate.

  2. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH

    1. Detach the 2 clips and guide, and remove the cowl side trim board.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 SWITCH HOLE BASE

    1. for LHD:

      Detach the 5 claws and 5 clips, and remove the No. 2 switch hole base.

    2. A01IQ8G

      for RHD:

      Detach the 3 claws and 5 clips, and remove the No. 2 switch hole base.

  4. REMOVE FUSE BOX OPENING COVER

    1. for LHD:


      1. Detach the 6 clips and 4 claws.

      2. Disconnect the connectors and remove the fuse box opening cover.

    2. for RHD:


      1. Detach the 5 clips and 4 claws.

      2. Disconnect the connectors and remove the fuse box opening cover.

  5. REMOVE LIGHT CONTROL RHEOSTAT


    1. A01IRLG

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the light control rheostat from the fuse box opening cover.
