POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU (for RHD) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU

    A01IOF5E01

    1. Align the power management control ECU positioning hole with the claw, and install the power management control ECU with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      9.5 N*m  { 97 kgf*cm, 84 ft.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      First install the lower bolt, and then install the upper bolt.

    2. Connect the 2 connectors.

  2. INSTALL CONNECTOR HOLDER


    1. A01IPYZ

      Install the connector holder with the bolt.

    2. Attach the 2 clamps.

  3. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH

    A01ISRD

    1. Attach the 2 clips and guide to install the cowl side trim board.

  4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

    A01IPG9

    1. Attach the 8 claws and 2 clips to install the front door scuff plate.

  5. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY

    A01IRG9

    1. Attach the 2 hinges to install the glove compartment door.

    2. A01ISP7E01

      Attach the glove compartment door stopper to the glove compartment door as shown in the illustration.

    3. While pushing in the sides of the glove compartment door as indicated by the arrows in the illustration, close the glove compartment door to engage the 2 stoppers.
