FRONT BUMPER INSTALLATION

  1. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH


    1. Install the front wheel opening extension pad LH with the 3 screws.

  2. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the front bumper side retainer LH.

    2. Install the screw and bolt.

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 8 bolts.

      Torque:
      50 N*m  { 510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf }

    2. Attach the 4 clamps.

  6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER


    1. Install the front bumper energy absorber.

  7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER


    1. Install the front bumper cover.


      1. w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

        Connect the headlight cleaner hose.

      2. Connect the 2 fog light connectors.

      3. w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System:

        Connect the No. 4 engine room wire connector.

      4. Attach the 6 claws to install the front bumper cover.

    2. Install the bolt and 2 clips.

      Install the pin hold clip.

      Note

      Insert the pin hold clip with the slot aligned vertically. Do not rotate the clip after inserting it. After installation, confirm that the slot is vertical.

      Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

    4. Install the screw.

  8. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER RH


    1. Attach the claw to install the front spoiler cover RH.

  9. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER LH


    1. Attach the 10 claws to install the front spoiler cover LH.

    2. Install the 7 screws.

  10. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER SIDE PROTECTOR RH


    1. Attach the claw to install the front spoiler side protector RH.

  11. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER SIDE PROTECTOR LH


    1. Install the front spoiler side protector LH with the 10 clips.

  12. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR


    1. Install the 2 radiator grille protectors.

  13. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER


    1. A01IQMS

      Attach the 4 hooks to install the radiator support opening cover.

    2. Install the 3 clips.

  14. ADJUST FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY
