FRONT BUMPER DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)


    1. Disconnect the 4 connectors.

    2. Detach the 6 clamps and remove the No. 4 engine room wire.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for all ultrasonic sensors.

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the ultrasonic sensor.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for all No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainers.


    1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. Disconnect the headlight washer hose from the headlight washer actuator sub-assemblies.

    2. Detach the 6 clamps and remove the hose from the front bumper.

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. A01ISFM

      Extend the type 1 headlight washer nozzle sub-assembly LH by hand.

    2. A01IRUU

      Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the type 1 headlight washer nozzle sub-assembly LH.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly or type 1 headlight washer nozzle sub-assembly LH.

  6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  7. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. A01ISQQ

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. A01IST4

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH.

  8. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  9. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the 2 guides to remove the fog light assembly LH.

  10. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  11. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH

      Detach the 5 claws and remove the fog light cover.

  12. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  13. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET LH (w/ Bracket)

      Detach the 4 claws and remove the fog light mounting bracket LH.

  14. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET RH (w/ Bracket)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  15. REMOVE FRONT HOOD TO END PANEL SEAL

    1. Remove the 4 clips and front hood to end panel seal.

  16. REMOVE UPPER FRONT BUMPER RETAINER

    1. Remove the 4 clips and upper front bumper retainer.

  17. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SIDE MOULDING LH


    1. A01IR7Z

      Detach the 9 claws and remove the radiator grille side moulding LH.

  18. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SIDE MOULDING RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  19. REMOVE CENTER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING LH


    1. A01ITSW

      Detach the claw and remove the center radiator grille moulding LH.

  20. REMOVE CENTER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  21. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. A01IUA5

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 12 claws and remove the radiator grille.

  22. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM

    1. Detach the 2 claws and 2 guides, and remove the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem.

  23. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. Detach the 22 claws and remove the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

  24. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH


    1. A01IR57

      Detach the 3 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover RH.

  25. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING (w/ Plated Moulding)


    1. Detach the 9 claws and remove the lower radiator grille moulding.

  26. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING (w/ Plated Moulding)


    1. Detach the 9 claws and remove the lower radiator grille moulding.
