HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for Halogen Headlight) INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

  • A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Click here.


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

    *1 Protective Tape
    *2 Bolt
    *3 Screw

    1. Put protective tape around the headlight assembly LH.

    2. Connect each connector.

    3. Attach the claw to install the headlight assembly LH.

    4. Install the bolt and 2 screws.

  2. INSTALL FRONT FENDER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY TOP LH


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the front fender reinforcement sub-assembly top LH.

    2. Install the 2 clips.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
