HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER


    1. Remove the front bumper cover Click here.

  2. REMOVE TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01ISFM

      Extend the type 1 headlight washer nozzle sub-assembly LH by hand.

    2. A01IRUU

      Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the type 1 headlight washer nozzle sub-assembly LH.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly or type 1 headlight washer nozzle sub-assembly LH.

  3. REMOVE TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER HOSE


    1. Disconnect the headlight washer hose from the headlight washer actuator sub-assemblies.

    2. Detach the 6 clamps and remove the hose from the front bumper.

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01ISQQ

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. A01IST4

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH.

  6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
