FRONT WIPER RUBBER INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


  1. INSTALL WIPER RUBBER LH

      Install the 2 backing plates to the rubber.

      Note

      Make sure the backing plates are facing the proper direction.

    2. A01IQRQ

      Slide the wiper rubber into the wiper blade in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.

      Tech Tips

      Make sure the claws of the wiper blade fit securely into the grooves of the wiper rubber, and that the head part (large side) of the wiper rubber faces the end of the wiper arm that connects to the wiper motor.

  2. INSTALL FRONT WIPER BLADE LH

      Install the wiper blade as shown in the illustration.
