  1. FRONT WIPER SYSTEM


    1. When the windshield wiper switch assembly is in the AUTO position, the front wiper system receives a wiper operation signal from the windshield wiper switch assembly, and then the windshield wiper relay operates the front wiper motor.

    2. When the windshield wiper switch assembly is in the HI or LO position, the front wiper system receives a wiper operation signal from the windshield wiper switch assembly and directly operates the front wiper motor.

  2. FRONT WASHER SYSTEM


    1. The front washer system receives the washer operation signal from the windshield wiper switch assembly operates the front washer motor.

  3. CONTINUOUS FRONT WASHER WIPER SYSTEM


    1. The continuous front washer system receives the washer operation signal from the windshield wiper switch assembly, and the windshield wiper relay operates the front washer motor. The front wipers are operated 3 times after the front washer is stopped.

    2. The front wiper stops after operating 3 times from the point where the front washer switch has been on for more than 40 seconds continuously. The front wipers are then operated once at an interval of 3 to 7 seconds.

  4. WASHER-LINKED OPERATION

      When the front wiper washer switch is in the off or AUTO position and the washer switch is turned on for approximately 0.1 seconds or more, the wipers start on LO at the same time as the washer fluid is sprayed.

      Depending on the amount of time for which the washer switch is turned on, the washer-linked operation is performed as follows after the switch is turned off.

  5. AUTO WIPER SYSTEM


    1. In the auto wiper system, the rain sensor mounted in the upper portion of the windshield sends a front wiper operation command, based on the amount of rainfall, to the windshield wiper relay. The front wipers operate when the windshield wiper switch assembly is in the AUTO position. The rain sensor sensitivity can be adjusted by the windshield wiper switch assembly adjusting ring.

  6. HEADLIGHT CLEANER SYSTEM (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. The headlight cleaner system operates for a specified period of time when the headlights are on (the ignition switch is ON) and the headlight cleaner switch is turned on.

    2. for HID Headlight:

      The headlight cleaner system operates when the headlights are on (the ignition switch is ON) and the front wiper washer switch (windshield wiper switch assembly) is turned on. However, the headlight cleaner system only operates when the front wiper washer switch (windshield wiper switch assembly) is turned on the first time. After that, the headlight cleaner system cannot be operated with the front wiper washer switch (windshield wiper switch assembly) until the ignition switch is turned off and then turned to ON.
