OIL PUMP REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE


    1. Coat the oil pump relief valve with engine oil.

    2. Install the oil pump relief valve and oil pump relief valve spring to the oil pump cover.

    3. A01IMXO

      Install the oil pump relief valve plug.

      Torque:
      49 N*m  { 500 kgf*cm, 36 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL OIL PUMP COVER

      Install the drive and driven rotors to the timing chain cover with the marks of the rotors facing the cylinder block side. Check that the rotors revolve smoothly.

    2. A01IS0F

      Install the oil pump cover with the 10 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.8 N*m  { 90 kgf*cm, 78 in.*lbf }
