COOLING FAN MOTOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL COOLING FAN MOTOR


    1. A01INKFE01

      Install the 2 fan motors with the 6 screws.

      Torque:
      3.9 N*m  { 40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

    2. Attach the 8 wire harness clamps and air temperature sensor wire harness to the fan shroud.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 VACUUM TRANSMITTING PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the clamp to the lower radiator support.

    2. Install the No. 1 vacuum transmitting pipe with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      7.0 N*m  { 71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL FAN


    1. A01IQTAE01

      Install the 2 fans with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      6.3 N*m  { 64 kgf*cm, 56 in.*lbf }

    2. Inspect the cooling fan motor operation.

  4. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY
