YAW RATE AND DECELERATION SENSOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL YAW RATE SENSOR


    1. A01IQA5

      Install the yaw rate sensor to the yaw rate sensor bracket with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      6.5 N*m  { 66 kgf*cm, 58 in.*lbf }

      Note

      If the sensor is dropped, replace it.

    2. Connect the sensor connector.

      Note

      Securely connect the connector.

    3. Set the yaw rate sensor bracket on the crossmember.

  2. INSTALL YAW RATE SENSOR BRACKET


    1. A01IO9O

      Install the 2 yaw rate sensor brackets with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Make sure that there is no foreign matter or carpet between the bracket and floor.

  3. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the console box assembly Click here.

  4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  5. PERFORM YAW RATE SENSOR ZERO POINT CALIBRATION
