INSPECT DRIVE BELT

REPLACE ENGINE OIL AND OIL FILTER

INSPECT COOLING AND HEATER SYSTEM

1. Check that the radiator, condenser and/or intercooler are not blocked with leaves, dirt or insects, and clean them if necessary. Also check the hose connection for the installation condition, corrosion, etc.

INSPECT ENGINE COOLANT

REPLACE ENGINE COOLANT

INSPECT EXHAUST PIPES AND MOUNTINGS

1. Visually check the pipes, hangers and connections for severe corrosion, leaks or damage.

REPLACE SPARK PLUGS

INSPECT BATTERY

INSPECT AIR CLEANER FILTER

1. Remove the air cleaner filter.

2. Visually check that the air cleaner filter is not excessively damaged or oily. If necessary, replace the air cleaner filter with a new one.

INSPECT FUEL TANK CAP GASKET

INSPECT FUEL LINES, FUEL LINE CONNECTIONS, FUEL TANK VAPOR VENT SYSTEM HOSES AND FUEL TANK BAND

1. Visually check the fuel lines and hoses for cracks, leakage, loose connections and deformation. Also, visually check the tank bands for looseness.

REPLACE FUEL FILTER

INSPECT WATER SEDIMENT ACCUMULATOR (for 1AD-FTV)

1. Inspect the water sediment accumulator Click here.

ADD FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM (for 1ZR-FAE, 2ZR-FAE)

1. for French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Estonia, Latvia, Romania, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia:

   Add fuel injector cleaner to the fuel tank.
