RADIATOR GRILLE REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

    for Sport Package: Click here

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY LH (for Standard)

      Disengage the claw (A) as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws (B).

    3. Disengage the hook and remove the front bumper hole cover assembly LH.

  3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY RH (for Standard)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY LH (for Sport Package)

      Disengage the claw (A) as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws (B).

    3. Disengage the hook.

      Disengage the guide and remove the front bumper hole cover assembly LH.

  5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY RH (for Sport Package)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY (for Standard)

      w/ Headlight Cleaner System:


      1. Disengage the 2 clamps and disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

    2. A01NL91

      w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System:


      1. Disengage the 2 clamps and disconnect the sensor wire.

    3. Remove the 6 screws.

    4. Disengage the 10 claws and remove the radiator grille assembly.

  7. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY (for Sport Package)


    1. A01NMEE

      w/ Headlight Cleaner System:


      1. Disengage the 2 clamps and disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

    2. A01NI8F

      w/ LEXUS Parking Assist sensor System:


      1. Disengage the 2 clamps and disconnect the sensor wire.

    3. Remove the 6 screws.

    4. Disengage the 10 claws and remove the radiator grille assembly.

  8. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL

      *a Protective Tape

      Using a clip remover, disconnect the 16 clips and remove the hood to radiator grille seal.

  9. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE RETAINER

      Remove the screw and the upper radiator grille retainer.

  10. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SIDE AIR GUIDE LH


    1. A01NLW3

      Remove the screw and the radiator grille side air guide LH.

  11. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SIDE AIR GUIDE RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  12. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM (w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

      Remove the 2 spring nuts.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the radiator grille emblem.

  13. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)


    1. A01NMMS

      Remove the 2 spring nuts.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the radiator grille emblem.
