HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for LED Headlight) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER

      Turn the No. 2 headlight back cover in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration, and remove it.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB

      Disconnect the connector as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01NLZ0

      Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration, and remove it.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass.

  3. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

      Turn the front turn signal light socket with the front turn signal light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration, and remove them as a unit.

    2. Remove the front turn signal light bulb from the front turn signal light socket.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT LIGHT CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 screws.

    2. A01NJ0M

      Disconnect the connector.

    3. A01NMOE

      Remove the 2 screws and headlight light control ECU sub-assembly from the No. 1 headlight back cover.

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT GASKET


    1. Remove the headlight gasket.

      Note

      After the headlight gasket is removed, be sure to replace it with a new one. Failure to do this may cause water ingress.

  6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT SWIVEL MOTOR

      Using a screwdriver, remove the cap.

    2. A01NMWX

      Remove the screw.

    3. Slide the headlight swivel motor in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to disengage the guide.

    4. Separate the shaft of the headlight swivel motor from the joint of the headlight unit.

    5. Disconnect the connector and remove the headlight swivel motor.

      Remove the washer.

  7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT


    1. A01NK0P

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the front bumper bar reinforcement.
