DESCRIPTION

These DTCs are stored when the AFS ECU (headlight swivel ECU assembly) detects errors in its own communication with the headlight swivel motor.

    CHECK FOR DTC


    1. Clear the DTCs (Click here).

    2. Check for DTCs (Click here).

      OK
      DTC B2410 or B2411 is not output.

  2. Click here

    CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (BATTERY - AFS ECU)


    1. Disconnect the A53 AFS ECU (headlight swivel ECU assembly) connector.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      A53-14 (IGS) - Body ground Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V

    CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (AFS ECU - BODY GROUND)


    1. Disconnect the A53 AFS ECU (headlight swivel ECU assembly) connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      A53-22 (E1) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

    CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (AFS ECU - HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the A53 AFS ECU (headlight swivel ECU assembly) connector.

    2. Disconnect the A95 headlight assembly LH connector or A101 headlight assembly RH connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
