HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Engage the guide.

    2. While pushing the tab shown by arrow (a), engage the claw as shown in the illustration.

      *1 Headlight Cleaner Actuator Clamp

      Push up the headlight cleaner actuator clamp.

      *1 Headlight Cleaner Clamp
      *2 Headlight Cleaner Hose

      Install the headlight cleaner clamp.

    5. Connect the headlight cleaner hose.

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Engage the 2 claws to install the headlight washer nozzle sub-assembly LH.

  4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  6. ADD WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID


    1. Add washer fluid to the washer jar.
