ROOF HEADLINING DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE VANITY LIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the vanity light assembly Click here.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure to remove the light on the other side.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Peel the strips of the tape used to secure the antenna cord only to the extent that allows removal of the antenna cord.

    2. Remove the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE NO. 5 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Peel the strips of the tape used to secure the antenna cord only to the extent that allows removal of the antenna cord.

    2. Remove the No. 5 antenna cord sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 WASHER HOSE


    1. Remove the rear No. 3 washer hose from the roof headlining assembly.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF WIRE


    1. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.

    2. Turn the visor connectors counterclockwise approximately 90° and separate the connectors.

    3. Remove the No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining assembly.

  6. REMOVE SUNSHADE TRIM PROTECTOR (for Standard Roof)


    1. Remove the 2 sunshade protectors from the roof headlining assembly.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 HOOK FASTENER (for Sliding roof)


    1. Remove the 2 No. 1 hook fasteners from the roof headlining assembly.

  8. REMOVE NO. 2 HOOK FASTENER (for Sliding roof)


    1. Remove the 2 No. 2 hook fasteners from the roof headlining assembly.

  9. REMOVE CENTER ROOF SILENCER PAD (for Standard Roof)


    1. Remove the center roof silencer pad from the roof headlining assembly.

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOF SILENCER (for Standard Roof)


    1. Remove the 3 No. 2 roof silencers from the roof headlining assembly.

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOF SILENCER (for Sliding roof)


    1. Remove the No. 2 roof silencer from the roof headlining assembly.

  12. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOF SILENCER (for Glass Roof)


    1. Remove the No. 2 roof silencer from the roof headlining assembly.

    1. Remove the No. 3 roof silencer from the roof headlining assembly.

    1. Remove the front roof headlining side pad from the roof headlining assembly.

    1. Remove the front side rail spacer RH from the roof headlining assembly.
