REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY RH

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, install the rear seat cushion spring assembly with the 4 bolts and 4 bushes.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE

      Engage the claw to install the rear seat hook.

    2. Engage the 4 rear seat hooks.

    3. Engage the 6 cable clamps and install the rear seat reclining control cable.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT COVER


    1. A01NJY5

      Install the No. 2 rear seat cover with the screw.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT COVER

      Install the No. 1 rear seat cover with the screw.

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING INNER COVER RH

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the rear seat reclining inner cover RH with the screw.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SIDE COVER LH

      Engage the claw.

    2. Install the rear seat cushion side cover LH with the 2 screws.

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH


    1. A01NIHF

      Engage the 3 claws.

    2. Install the rear seat cushion moulding RH with the 3 screws.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

      Engage the claw.

    2. Install the rear seatback cover RH with the 2 screws.

  9. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover with 12 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    2. A01NIOX

      As shown in the illustration, pass the bracket of the separate type rear seatback cover through the separate type rear seatback pad.

      Note

      After installing the bracket, check that the band is not twisted.

  10. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NJTB

      Install the rear center seat outer belt assembly with the bolt and nut.

      Torque:
      Bolt
      7.5 N*m  { 77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }
      Nut
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER


    1. A01NICH

      Engage the claw and guide, and install the rear seat shoulder belt cover as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01NM2F

      Engage the 3 claws to install the belt support plate.

  12. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      *1 Side Airbag

      Temporarily install the side airbag so that it is stored inside the rear seatback cover with pad.

    2. Install bracket A onto the bolt and insert the guide.

    3. Install bracket B onto the bolt and insert the guide.

    4. Install the rear seatback cover bracket with the nut.

      Torque:
      5.6 N*m  { 57 kgf*cm, 50 in.*lbf }

      Note


      • For vehicles with side airbags, the side airbags may not be activated normally unless the rear seatback cover is securely installed.

      • Check that the strap is not twisted after installing the bracket.

      • Install the bracket securely.

    5. A01NIBZ

      Using hog ring pliers, install a new hog ring.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog ring, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    6. Engage the hook.

    7. A01NN5V

      Install the rear seat belt hook with the bolt.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }
    8. A01NIAD

      Using hog ring pliers, install 6 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    9. Engage the 5 hooks.

      Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seat headrest support LH.

  15. CONNECT REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Connect the rear center seat outer belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  16. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER


    1. A01NJPD

      Move the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to engage the 2 guides.

    2. Move the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to engage the 2 claws and install the cover.

  17. INSTALL SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

      Engage the 2 claws and install the seat belt anchor cover cap.

  18. INSTALL NO. 1 FOLD SEAT STOPPER BAND ASSEMBLY

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the No. 1 fold seat stopper band assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }

  19. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY RH

      Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the 2 clips and install the rear seatback board carpet assembly RH.

  20. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

      Engage the 4 claws to install the rear seatback cover RH.

  21. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER HOOK HOLDER

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the 2 tonneau cover hook holders with the 2 screws.

  22. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER


    1. A01NLZZ

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket, install the "TORX" bolt to the rear seat lock striker.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }

  23. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER PROTECTOR


    1. A01NLHJ

      Install the rear seatback lock striker protector.

  24. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. A01NJBA

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seat cushion cover with 11 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  25. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Engage the 3 claws to install the rear seat cover cap.

      Install the rear seat center armrest box.

      Install the No. 2 rear seat reclining spacer to the rear seat center armrest assembly.

  34. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST SUPPORT RH

      Engage the guide and install the nut.

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket, tighten the "TORX" bolt, bush, and install the rear seat center armrest support RH.

      Torque:
      13 N*m  { 128 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  35. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK MOULDING RH

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the rear seatback moulding RH with the 3 screws.

  36. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK MOULDING LH

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the rear seatback moulding LH with the 3 screws.

  37. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEATBACK HINGE

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket, tighten the "TORX" bolt, bush, and install the rear center seatback hinge.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }

  38. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HINGE LH

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket, tighten the "TORX" bolt, bush, and install the rear seatback hinge LH.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }

  39. INSTALL CENTER SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NJSY

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket, tighten the 2 "TORX" bolts and 2 bushes and install the center seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }

  40. INSTALL NO. 2 CENTER SEATBACK COVER


    1. A01NK23

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the No. 2 center seatback cover with the screw.

  41. INSTALL NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER

      Connect the rod as shown in the illustration.

      Engage the guide.

    3. Install the rear seat reclining cover with the 2 screws.
