REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for LH Side) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01NMHR

      Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, install the rear seat cushion spring assembly LH with the 4 bolts and 4 bushes.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE

      Engage the claw to install the rear seat hook.

    2. Engage the 4 rear seat hooks.

    3. Engage the 6 cable clamps and install the No. 2 rear seat reclining control cable.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING INNER COVER LH


    1. A01NKHT

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the rear seat reclining inner cover LH with the screw.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SIDE COVER LH


    1. A01NKEV

      Engage the claw.

    2. Install the rear seat cushion side cover LH with the 2 screws.

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT INNER SHIELD COVER


    1. A01NN1A

      Engage the claw.

    2. Install the No. 2 rear seat inner shield cover with the 2 screws.

  6. INSTALL NO. 3 REAR SEAT COVER


    1. A01NJQ8

      Install the No. 3 rear seat cover with the screw.

  7. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER


    1. A01NKFH

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover with 12 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    2. A01NIS1

      As shown in the illustration, pass the bracket of the separate type rear seatback cover through the separate type rear seatback pad.

      Note

      After installing the bracket, check that the band is not twisted.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      *1 Side Airbag

      Temporarily install the side airbag so that it is stored inside the rear seatback cover with pad.

      Note

      Make sure that the side airbag is stored inside the pad correctly. Otherwise the side airbag may not deploy properly.

    2. Install bracket A onto the bolt and insert the guide.

    3. Install bracket B onto the bolt and insert the guide.

    4. Install the rear seatback cover bracket with the nut.

      Torque:
      5.6 N*m  { 57 kgf*cm, 50 in.*lbf }

      Note


      • For vehicles with side airbags, the side airbags may not be activated normally unless the front seatback cover is securely installed.

      • Check that the strap is not twisted after installing the bracket.

      • Install the bracket securely.

    5. A01NMMK

      Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    6. Install the 2 hooks.

    7. A01NI7V

      Install the rear seat belt hook with the bolt.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }
    8. A01NIB3

      Using hog ring pliers, install 4 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    9. Engage the 5 hooks to install the rear seatback cover with pad.

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH


    1. A01NMIA

      Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seat headrest support RH.

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH


    1. A01NMJM

      Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seat headrest support LH.

  11. INSTALL NO. 1 FOLD SEAT STOPPER BAND ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NMIR

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the No. 1 fold seat stopper band assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }

  12. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01NN3J

      Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the 2 clips to install the rear seatback board carpet assembly LH.

  13. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER

      Engage the 4 claws to install the rear seatback cover.

  14. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER HOOK HOLDER


    1. A01NIGE

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the 2 tonneau cover hook holders with the 2 screws.

  15. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. A01NJ66

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seat cushion cover with 11 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  16. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01NLUB

      Install the rear sear inner belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the connector.

  17. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD


    1. A01NIMF

      Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      Engage the 2 hooks.

    3. A01NISF

      Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    4. Engage each hook as shown in the illustration.

      Engage the 2 elastic bands to install the rear seat cushion cover with pad.

  18. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH


    1. A01NM61

      Engage the 4 claws.

    2. Install the rear seat cushion moulding RH with the 3 screws.

  19. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING LH


    1. A01NMKQ

      Engage the guide as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01NM27

      Engage the 2 guides.

    3. Install the rear seat cushion moulding LH with the 2 screws.

  20. INSTALL NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE LH


    1. A01NL2C

      Install the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle LH with the 3 screws.

  21. INSTALL REAR SEAT COVER CAP


    1. A01NLF8

      Engage the 3 claws to install the rear seat cover cap.

  22. INSTALL REAR CENTER INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01NLEG

      Install the rear center seat inner belt assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    2. Engage each clamp and connect each connector.
