DESCRIPTION

When the driving support ECU receives a hybrid control system or engine control system malfunctioning signal from the power management control ECU via the CAN communication system, DTC C1A40 is stored.

When DTC C1A40 is detected, the hybrid control system or engine control system DTC will also be detected.

   1. Check DTCs for hybrid control system (Click here).

      OK
      Hybrid control system DTC is not output.

   CHECK DTC OUTPUT (ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM)

   
   

   1. Check DTCs for engine control system (Click herew/EGR System,Click herew/o EGR System).

      OK
      Engine control system DTC is not output.

   1. Using the intelligent tester, enter the following menus: Body / Pre-Crash 2 / DTC.

   2. Clear the DTCs (Click here).
