    INSPECT INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NL6NE01

      Disconnect the 2F, 2K and 2D instrument panel junction block assembly and A main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connectors.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      2F-40 - A-30 (BECU) Always Below 1 Ω
      2K-1 - A-31 (ALTB) Always Below 1 Ω
      2D-6 - A-11 (GND1) Always Below 1 Ω

      Reconnect the 2D instrument panel junction block assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      A-30 (BECU) - Body ground Power switch off 11 to 14 V
      A-31 (ALTB) - Body ground Power switch off 11 to 14 V

      Reconnect the 2F and 2K instrument panel junction block assembly connectors.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
