ELECTRICAL KEY OSCILLATOR (for Center Floor) INSTALLATION

    INSTALL ELECTRICAL KEY OSCILLATOR


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. A01NJ54

      Engage the 2 claws and install the electrical key oscillator.

      Note:

      Be careful when installing the electrical key oscillator. If the oscillator is dropped, replace it with a new one.

      Reinstall the floor carpet with the 2 clips.

    INSTALL AIR INTAKE COVER


    1. Install the air intake cover RH.


      1. A01NMNZ

        Install the air intake cover RH with the 2 claws and the 2 screws.

      2. Install the 2 hole covers.

    2. Install the air intake cover CTR.


      1. A01NKFK

        Install the air intake cover CTR with the 2 claws and the 2 screws.

      2. Install the 2 hole covers.

    3. Install the air intake cover LH.


      1. A01NJYP

        Install the air intake cover LH with the 2 claws and the 2 screws.

      2. Install the 2 hole covers.

    INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01NJPZ

      Temporarily install the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

    2. A01NI78

      Temporarily install the 3 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

    3. A01NM11

      Connect the connector.

    4. Install the rear seat assembly LH with the 5 bolts.

      37 N*m 377 kgf*cm 27 ft.*lbf

    CONNECT REAR SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY LH


    1. When replacing the rear seat assembly LH or No. 2 rear seat reclining control cable with a new one:


      1. A01NMJV

        Connect the rear seat assembly LH or No. 2 rear seat reclining control cable as shown in the illustration.

    2. When replacing the rear seat lock cable assembly LH with a new one:


      1. Engage the joint piece with the cable of the rear seat lock cable assembly LH.

      2. A01NKUY

        Connect the rear seat lock cable assembly LH and connector case as shown in the illustration.

      3. A01NIZD

        Push the lock pin of the connector case as shown in the illustration to connect the rear seat lock cable assembly LH.

    3. When reusing the rear seat assembly LH, No. 2 rear seat reclining control cable and rear seat lock cable assembly LH:


      1. A01NLQN

        Connect the rear seat lock cable assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

      2. A01NKKOE01

        Connect the No. 2 rear seat reclining control cable as shown in the illustration.

        Install the rear seat reclining control cable to the cover as shown in the illustration.

      4. A01NMKD

        Connect the No. 2 rear seat reclining control cable as shown in the illustration.

    4. Return the seatback to the upright position.

      Press the adjusters lock piece to lock it as shown in the illustration.

      Note:

      When pressing the lock piece, make sure the adjusters spring is not compressed.

      Engage the guide.

    7. Connect the No. 2 fold seat stopper band assembly with the bolt.

      9.0 N*m 92 kgf*cm 80 in.*lbf

      Connect the rear seatback board carpet assembly with the 4 clips.

  5. Click here

    INSPECT REAR SEAT SLIDE ADJUSTER LOCK


    1. Check that the left and right adjusters lock simultaneously when sliding the seat.

    2. If the left and right adjusters do not lock simultaneously, adjust by loosening the bolts securing the seat.

  6. Click here

    INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER TRACK BRACKET COVER LH


    1. A01NML5

      Engage the 4 claws and install the rear seat inner track bracket cover LH.

  7. Click here

    INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER TRACK BRACKET COVER LH

      Engage the 4 claws and install the rear seat outer track bracket cover LH.

  8. Click here

    INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01NM86

      Install the rear seat headrest assembly as shown in the illustration.

  9. Click here

    INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01NKDM

      Temporarily install the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

    2. A01NLN8

      Temporarily install the 3 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

    3. A01NMBJ

      Connect the connector.

    4. Install the rear seat assembly RH with the 5 bolts.

      37 N*m 377 kgf*cm 27 ft.*lbf

    CONNECT REAR SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY RH


    1. When replacing the rear seat assembly RH or rear seat reclining control cable with a new one:


      1. A01NMJV

        Connect the rear seat assembly RH or rear seat reclining control cable as shown in the illustration.

    2. When replacing the rear seat lock cable assembly RH with a new one:


      1. Engage the joint piece with the cable of the rear seat lock cable assembly RH.

      2. A01NKUY

        Connect the rear seat lock cable assembly RH and connector case as shown in the illustration.

      3. A01NIZD

        Push the lock pin of the connector case as shown in the illustration to connect the rear seat lock cable assembly RH.

    3. When reusing the rear seat assembly RH, rear seat reclining control cable and rear seat lock cable assembly RH:


      1. A01NJPU

        Connect the rear seat lock cable assembly RH as shown in the illustration.

      2. A01NM3DE01

        Connect the rear seat lock cable assembly RH as shown in the illustration.

        Install the rear seat reclining control cable to the cover as shown in the illustration.

      4. A01NIH4

        Connect the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly as shown in the illustration.

    4. Return the seatback to the upright position.

      Press the adjuster's lock piece to lock it as shown in the illustration.

      Connect the rear seatback board sub-assembly with the 2 clips.

    INSPECT REAR SEAT SLIDE ADJUSTER LOCK


    1. Check that the left and right adjusters lock simultaneously when sliding the seat.

    2. If the left and right adjusters do not lock simultaneously, adjust by loosening the bolts securing the seat.

    INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER TRACK BRACKET COVER RH


    1. A01NJAY

      Engage the 4 claws and install the seat inner track bracket cover RH.

    INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER TRACK BRACKET COVER RH

      Engage the 4 claws and install the seat outer track bracket cover RH.

    INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY

      Install the rear seat headrest assembly as shown in the illustration.

  15. Click here

    INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH

      Install the rear seat headrest assembly as shown in the illustration.

  16. Click here

    CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Click here).

    INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX

      Install the rear deck floor box with the 3 clips.
