  1. PRECAUTION FOR DISCONNECTING CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

    When disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal, initialize the following system after the cable is reconnected.

  2. PRECAUTIONS WHEN USING INTELLIGENT TESTER


    1. When using the intelligent tester to troubleshoot the power door lock control system:

      Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3 while the power switch is off, and turn a door courtesy light switch on and off at 1.5-second intervals until communication between the tester and vehicle begins.
