FUEL PUMP REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH FILTER

      *1 New Fuel Pump Filter Seal
      *2 Fuel Pump Spacer

      Install the fuel pump spacer onto the fuel pump assembly with filter.

    2. Install a new fuel pump filter seal onto the fuel pump assembly with filter.

    3. Apply a coat of gasoline to the fuel pump filter seal.

      Push in the fuel pump assembly with filter to the fuel filter assembly.

  2. INSTALL FUEL PUMP CUSHION RUBBER


    1. A01NKCC

      Install the fuel pump cushion rubber to the fuel pump assembly with filter.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 FUEL SUCTION SUPPORT

      Install the No. 2 fuel suction support.

  4. INSTALL FUEL PUMP HARNESS


    1. A01NL2I

      Install the fuel pump harness and connect the connector.

  5. INSTALL FUEL SUCTION PLATE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NLBZE01

      Connect the fuel pump connector.

    2. Engage the 4 snap claws to install the fuel suction plate.

  6. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NL1SE02

      Slide and install the fuel sender gauge assembly.

    2. Connect the fuel sender gauge connector.
