    REMOVE FRONT WHEEL RH

  3. Click here

    REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH

  4. Click here

    REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL RH

  5. Click here

    REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT


    1. A01NLZR

      Release the V-ribbed belt tension by turning the V-ribbed belt tensioner counterclockwise, and remove the V-ribbed belt from the V-ribbed belt tensioner.

    2. While turning the V-ribbed belt tensioner counterclockwise, align with its holes, and then insert a 5 mm bi-hexagon wrench into the holes to secure the V-ribbed belt tensioner.

    REMOVE CRANKSHAFT PULLEY

      Using SST, loosen the crankshaft pulley bolt.

      Using SST, remove the crankshaft pulley bolt and crankshaft pulley.

    REMOVE CRANKSHAFT TIMING GEAR KEY

      Remove the pulley set key from the crankshaft.

    REMOVE TIMING CHAIN CASE OIL SEAL

      Using a knife, cut off the timing chain case oil seal lip.

    2. Using a screwdriver, pry out the timing chain case oil seal.

      Note:

      After the removal, check the crankshaft for damage. If it is damaged, smooth the surface with 400-grit sandpaper.

      Tip:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
