REAR PACKAGE TRAY SPEAKER INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL QUARTER SIDE SPEAKER ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Install the quarter side speaker assembly with the 2 screws.

  2. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Pass the floor anchor of the rear seat outer seat belt assembly LH through the roof side inner garnish assembly LH.

    2. Engage the claw and 8 clips to install the roof side inner garnish assembly LH.

  3. CONNECT REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

      Connect the floor anchor end of the rear seat belt assembly and install the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat outer belt assembly to overlap the protruding part of the floor panel.

  4. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 2 clips and the 5 claws.

    3. Install the deck trim side panel assembly LH with the 2 bolts and 4 clips.

  5. INSTALL RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL BEZEL LH


    1. A01NLC2

      Engage the 4 claws and install the reclining remote control bezel LH.

  6. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY

      Install the 2 rope hook assemblies with the 2 bolts.

    2. Engage the 2 claws.

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK

      Install the No. 1 luggage compartment trim hook as shown in the illustration.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE COVER LH


    1. A01NJHB

      Engage the 2 claws and 3 clips.

    2. Install the rear seat side cover LH with the 2 clips.

  9. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH SIDE PLATE LH


    1. A01NLJE

      Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the claw and 2 clips.

    3. Install the rear floor finish side plate LH with the clip.

  10. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE


    1. A01NMPW

      Engage the 6 clips, 2 claws and 2 guides, and install the rear floor finish plate.

  11. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH


    1. A01NIFR

      Engage the 3 clips, guide and 6 claws, and install the rear door scuff plate LH.

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

  13. INSTALL FRONT DECK FLOOR BOX

      Install the front deck floor box with the clip.

  14. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH (for Full Size Spare Tire)

      Install the deck side trim box LH with the 3 clips.

  15. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH (for Compact Spare Tire)

      Install the deck side trim box LH with the 2 clips.

  16. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover)


    1. Install the tonneau cover assembly.

  17. INSTALL NO. 4 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for Full Size Spare Tire)

      Engage the 2 guides and install the No. 4 rear floor board.

  18. INSTALL NO. 4 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for Compact Spare Tire)

      Engage the 2 guides and install the No. 4 rear floor board.

  19. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. for Compact Spare Tire:


      1. A01NM7R

        Install the deck board sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

    2. for Full Size Spare Tire:


      1. A01NM92

        Install the deck board sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

    3. A01NIMA

      Engage the 3 fasteners as shown in the illustration.

  20. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  21. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX

      Install the rear deck floor box with the 3 clips.

  22. INSPECT SUSPENSION CONTROL SYSTEM (w/ Air Suspension)
