   1. Check remote control system operation.

      
      

      1. Check whether only one of the television display assemblies does not turn on, or whether both television display assemblies do not turn on.

2. CLEAN INFRARED RAY RECEIVING PORTION

   
   

   1. 

      Clean the infrared ray receiving portion on the television display assembly.

   2. Check whether the same malfunction occurs.

3. CHECK SYSTEM

   
   

   1. Check that the remote control operation of the rear seat entertainment system is not prohibited on the screen of the multi-media module receiver assembly.

      
      

      1. Check that "Rear System Lock" is set to off on the "General Settings" screen.

4. CHECK TELEVISION SWITCH AND VOLUME ASSEMBLY BATTERY

   
   

   1. Check that the dry-cell battery of the remote control is not depleted.

   1. Replace the television switch and volume assembly with a new or known good one.

   2. Check that the television display assembly turns on.
