REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY
Disconnect the Y14 rear television camera assembly connector.
Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
| Terminal No. (Symbol) | Wiring Color | Terminal Description | Condition | Specified Condition |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Y14-4 (CB+) - Body ground | B - G | Power source | Power switch on (IG), shift lever in R | 5.8 to 7.0 V |
Reconnect the Y14 rear television camera assembly connector.
Tech Tips
A waterproof connector is used for the rear television camera assembly. Therefore, inspect the waveform at the parking assist ECU y with the connector connected. If the result is not as specified, the rear television camera assembly may have a malfunction.
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
| Terminal No. (Symbol) | Wiring Color | Terminal Description | Condition | Specified Condition |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Y14-2 (CV+) - Body ground | R - G | Display signal | Power switch on (IG), shift lever in R | Pulse generation (See waveform 1) |
| Y14-1 (CV-) - Body ground | W - G | Rear television camera ground | Always | Below 1 V |
