FRONT BUMPER (for Sport Package) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Connect the headlight cleaner hose. (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

      Engage the claw to install the front bumper assembly.

    4. A019L9R

      Engage the 2 claws.

    5. A019L94

      Engage the 3 claws.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    6. Install the 10 clips.

    7. Install the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

    8. Install the front bumper seal bracket.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    9. Install the screw.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 77 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Install the 2 pin hold clips.

      Note

      Insert the pin hold clip with the slot aligned vertically. Do not rotate the clip after inserting it. After installation, confirm that the slot is aligned vertically.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  2. INSTALL HOOD CENTER CUSHION


    1. Install the 2 hood center cushions.

  3. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL


    1. Install the cool air intake duct seal with the 6 clips.

  4. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH


    1. Engage the guide.

    2. Install the engine room side cover LH with the 4 clips.

  5. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER


    1. Engage the guide.

    2. Install the engine room side cover with the 4 clips.

  6. ADD WASHER FLUID (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. Add washer fluid to the washer jar.

  7. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING
