FRONT BUMPER (for Sport Package) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER


    1. A019LQM

      Remove the 4 clips.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the engine room side cover.

  2. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH


    1. A019K5V

      Remove the 4 clips.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the engine room side cover LH.

  3. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL


    1. A019MCL

      Remove the 6 clips and cool air intake duct seal.

  4. REMOVE HOOD CENTER CUSHION


    1. A019LLW

      Remove the 2 hood center cushions.

  5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

      *1 Protective Tape

      Put protective tape around the front bumper assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    2. A019KZOE01

      Using a screwdriver, turn the pins 90 degrees and remove the 2 pin hold clips.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    3. A019JX1

      Remove the screw and front bumper seal bracket.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    4. A019OPV

      Remove the 2 screws.

    5. Using a clip remover, remove the 10 clips.

    6. A019OAG

      Disengage the 3 claws as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    7. A019N3O

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the claw as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    8. A019JUW

      Disengage the claw and disconnect the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.

    9. Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose. (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

      Note

      Prepare a drain pan or a piece of cloth in case washer fluid leaks.

    10. Disconnect each connector and remove the front bumper assembly.
