HAZARD WARNING SWITCH INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL HAZARD WARNING SIGNAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. Engage the 2 claws and install the hazard warning signal switch assembly.

    2. Engage the clamp.

  2. INSTALL HAZARD WARNING SIGNAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. w/o Navigation System:


      1. Engage the 2 claws and install the hazard warning signal switch assembly.

      2. Engage the 2 clamps.

    2. w/ Navigation System:


      1. Engage the 2 claws and install the hazard warning signal switch assembly.

      2. Engage the clamp.

  3. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH REGISTER (w/o Navigation System)


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 7 clips.

    3. Install the radio receiver assembly with register with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      4.9 N*m  { 50 kgf*cm, 43 in.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH REGISTER (w/ Navigation System)


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 7 clips.

    3. Install the multi-media module receiver assembly with register with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      4.9 N*m  { 50 kgf*cm, 43 in.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL


    1. A019KVZ

      Engage the 7 clips to install the lower instrument panel finish panel as shown in the illustration.

  6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL


    1. A019MX7

      Engage the 2 guides, claw and 2 clips to install the instrument panel finish panel as shown in the illustration.

  7. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 8 clips and 2 guides.

    3. Install the lower instrument panel finish panel sub-assembly with the 2 screws <D>.

      Engage the 2 claws to close the cover as shown in the illustration.

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. A019N7C

      Engage the 4 claws and 2 guides to install the No. 1 switch hole base.

  9. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH LH


    1. A019K28

      Engage the 6 clips to install the instrument panel garnish LH.

  10. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the clamp.

    2. Connect each connector.

    3. A019MFZ

      Engage the 3 claws and 3 clips.

    4. w/o Seat Heater System:


      1. Connect the connector to the console box hole cover.

    5. w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. Connect the connector.

      2. Engage the 6 claws to install the seat heater switch with console box hole cover.

    6. A019LES

      Engage the 4 claws and 4 clips to install the upper console panel sub-assembly.

  11. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A019LZO

      Turn the shift lever knob sub-assembly clockwise to install the shift lever knob sub-assembly.

  12. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (w/ Air Suspension)

    w/ Navigation System:

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  13. INSPECT SUSPENSION CONTROL SYSTEM (w/ Air Suspension)
