    INSPECT SPEEDOMETER


    1. Check speedometer operation.


      1. Using a speedometer tester (calibrated chassis dynamometer), check the speedometer indication according to the table below.

      2. Check the deviation of the speedometer indication from the acceptable range.

    INSPECT TACHOMETER


    1. Connect the intelligent tester, and start the engine.

    2. Compare the test results with the tachometer indications.

    INSPECT HEADUP DISPLAY

    Tip:

    When the headup display position or illuminance has not got adjusted properly, headup display may not be seen in the front glass. Before starting following inspection, confirm the headup display position and illuminance.


    1. Turn the engine switch off.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG) while pressing and holding the headup display on switch.

    3. Keep pressing the headup display on switch and turn the engine switch off.

    4. Keep pressing the headup display on switch and turn the engine switch on (IG).

    5. The headup display will show "TEST MODE".

      Inspect the headup display as shown in the illustration.

    7. Turn the engine switch off to finish test mode.
