WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM TERMINALS OF ECU


  1. CHECK INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY, MAIN BODY ECU (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU)


    1. Disconnect the 2A, 2F, F14 and 2D junction block connectors.

    2. Disconnect the 7A main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.

    3. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Tech Tips

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connectors disconnected.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness or instrument panel junction block assembly.

    4. Reconnect the 2F, F14 and 2D junction block connectors.

    5. Reconnect the 7A main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.

    6. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) or instrument panel junction block assembly may have a malfunction.

  2. CHECK CERTIFICATION ECU (SMART KEY ECU ASSEMBLY)

    1. Disconnect the F58 certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) connectors.

    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

    1. Disconnect the P33 power back door ECU connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

    3. Reconnect the P33 power back door ECU connector.
