  1. PARKING ASSIST ECU

    1. Disconnect the F103 and F104 parking assist ECU connectors.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    3. Reconnect the F103 and F104 parking assist ECU connectors.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

        • Waveform A: Engine switch on (IG), side monitor main switch on and camera lens is not covered, displaying an image

        • Waveform B: Engine switch on (IG), side monitor main switch on and camera lens is not covered, displaying an image.

  2. SIDE TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the side television camera assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      4 - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 V

    3. Reconnect the side television camera assembly connector.

      Tech Tips

      A waterproof connector is used for the front television camera assembly. Therefore, inspect the waveform at the parking assist ECU with the connector connected.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
