TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 TELEPHONE BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 2 telephone bracket with the 2 bolts.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 TELEPHONE BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 1 telephone bracket with the 2 bolts.

  4. INSTALL TELEPHONE BRACKET


    1. Install the telephone bracket with the 3 nuts.

  5. INSTALL MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Rear Seat Entertainment System)


    1. Install the multi-display controller assembly with bracket with the 3 nuts.

  6. INSTALL TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER WITH BRACKET


    1. w/o Rear Seat Entertainment System:


      1. Engage the guide.

      2. Install the telematics transceiver with bracket with the 3 bolts.

      3. Connect the 4 connectors.

    2. w/ Rear Seat Entertainment System:


      1. Engage the guide.

      2. Install the telematics transceiver with bracket with the 3 bolts.

      3. Connect the 7 connectors.

      Engage the claw and 3 clamps to install the floor carpet to the original position.

    4. A019MUP

      Engage the claw and 3 clamps to install the floor carpet to the original position.

  7. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX (for RHD)

      Engage the 3 guides as shown in the illustration.

    2. Engage the 2 clamps.

    3. Install the 2 clips.

    4. Install the console box with the 5 screws <D>.

  8. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX (for LHD)

      Engage the 3 guides as shown in the illustration.

    2. Engage the 2 clamps.

    3. Install the 3 clips.

    4. Install the console box with the 5 screws <D>.

  9. INSTALL FRONT CONSOLE BOX COVER

      Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the 5 guides and 2 clips, and install the front console box cover.

  10. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL


    1. A019KVZ

      Engage the 7 clips to install the lower instrument panel finish panel as shown in the illustration.

  11. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL


    1. A019MX7

      Engage the 2 guides, claw and 2 clips to install the instrument panel finish panel as shown in the illustration.

  12. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 8 clips and 2 guides.

    3. Install the lower instrument panel finish panel sub-assembly with the 2 screws <D>.

      Engage the 2 claws to close the cover as shown in the illustration.

  13. INSTALL NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE


    1. Connect each connector.

      Engage the 4 claws and 2 guides to install the No. 1 switch hole base.

  14. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH LH


    1. A019K28

      Engage the 6 clips to install the instrument panel garnish LH.

  15. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

  16. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Engage the 2 clips to install the cowl side trim sub-assembly LH.

    2. Install the clip.

  17. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH


    1. w/ Illumination:


      1. Connect the connector.

    2. A019LA0

      Engage the 4 clips, guide and 7 claws, and install the front door scuff plate LH.

  18. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  19. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
