    INSPECT MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A019NYBE07

      Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      P46-6 (MUT2) - Body ground

      RSE is playing

      → Source is changed

      Above 3.5 V

      → Below 1 V

      P46-2 (MUT1) - Body ground

      RSE is playing

      → Source is changed

      Above 3.5 V

      → Below 1 V

    CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER SUB-ASSEMBLY - TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the P46 multi-display controller sub-assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the a17 television display assembly LH connector.

    3. Disconnect the Z21 television display assembly RH connector.

    4. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      P46-6 (MUT2) - a17-5 (MUT2) Always Below 1 Ω
      P46-2 (MUT1) - Z21-5 (MUTE) Always Below 1 Ω
      P46-6 (MUT2) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      P46-2 (MUT1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

    INSPECT MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Reconnect the P46 multi-display controller sub-assembly connector.

    2. A019KQYE05

      Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      a17-5 (MUT2) - Body ground RSE is playing Above 3.5 V
      Z21-5 (MUTE) - Body ground RSE is playing Above 3.5 V
