INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER SUB-ASSEMBLY - TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the G46 multi-display controller sub-assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the Z21 television display assembly RH connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      G46-9 (MD0) - Z21-6 (MD0) Always Below 1 Ω
      G46-9 (MD0) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

    REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
