PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY

      Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      G39-4 (VMTR) - Body ground

      RSE is playing

      → Source is changed

      Above 3.5 V

      → Below 1 V

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER SUB-ASSEMBLY - MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the G39 multi-media module receiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the G46 multi-display controller sub-assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      G39-4 (VMTR) - G46-8 (VMTR) Always Below 1 Ω
      G39-4 (VMTR) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

  3. INSPECT MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY


    1. Reconnect the G39 multi-media module receiver assembly connector.
